This hotel is a gem. First of all, the location is unbeatable. It is right in the center of everything you want to see in Cremona. You can easily walk to the church and nearby shops. Secondly, the staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and were always willing to assist us with anything we needed. Lastly, the rooms are comfortable, with cozy beds that provide a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided is fresh and plentiful, allowing you to start your day on a high note.

Great welcome and nice room. the staff was really warm and welcoming, but that's about it. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the city center and all the major attractions. the room was large and spacious, with all the amenities that I could ask for.

Poor communication and hidden fees. I booked a late check-in without knowing about the extra charge and only found out when I arrived.
